Where to start

I just found this site today. I believe I have a Gambling problem. It’s not that bad yet, but it could be. You tell yourself you can control it, you can make it better and then you see yourself and you don’t like it. I know I shouldn’t gamble. I tell myself that every time I go to a casino or every time I even think about going to a casino, but that never stops me from being there. I tell myself it’s not worth it. You know how you will feel when every thing is said and done. You’ll be mad at yourself for not quiting when you should have. You’ll be mad at yourself for losing all that money.
